Felt Ornament | Winter Leaping Bunny

For sale here is a handmade felt leaping bunny decoration. She has been created using quality wool/ viscose blend felt in subtle wintry colours, and embellished with hand-cut applique pieces, hand embroidery and beads. She is stuffed to give a nice padded look, backed with grey felt, and measures approximately 10cm long.

This decoration design was originally created as part of a collaboration with artist Clive Hicks- Jenkins back in 2019; Clive illustrated a retelling of the fairy tale Hansel and Gretel by poet Simon Armitage, and commissioned me to make a selection of felt ornaments using his illustrations as inspiration and adding my folk art inspired decoration. He has kindly granted me permission to create some more of these decorations to offer for sale. Thank you Clive!

She would make a lovely Christmas decoration, but equally could be displayed all year round.
