All items ship from the UK

UK orders under £25 are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class

UK orders over £25 are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24

All International orders are sent with tracked shipping (Royal Mail International Tracked) to ensure we can make sure your felt decoration is safely making its way to you.

Please note that very regretfully I am unable to post to Germany at this time due to packaging regulations, and as such any orders placed from Germany will be cancelled and refunded, with many apologies! I am hoping to remedy this at some stage.

Cancellations, returns and exhanges

I accept cancellations within 1 hour of an order being placed, after this time, I am likely to have started to process your order.

I accept returns for refunds as long as I am notified within 14 days of the item being received.

Should you wish to return an item for an exchange, this may be possible so please do get in touch.

Conditions of return

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 14 days.
  • You must return the item to me within 21 days
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs (unless in the unlikely event that an item is faulty)
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not able to mark items as 'gifts' on customs forms.

Occasionally international orders may be slightly delayed due to customs - please note that regretfully I have no control over this.

Privacy policy

This privacy policy sets out what personal information I receive from Big Cartel when you place an order, and how I use it. I take privacy very seriously indeed, and am dedicated to keeping your personal information safe and secure.

Lawful Basis for Processing Personal Data

Under Article 6 of The GDPR, the lawful basis on which I process personal data received from Big Cartel is that of “Contract” - whereby processing is necessary in order for me to be able to fulfill buyer orders and enquiries.

What data will I receive relating to you when you place an order in my shop?

When you place an order from my shop, I receive personally identifiable information from Big Cartel only when it is voluntarily submitted by you when placing an on-line order. The data I receive includes: name, address, email address, date of order, items ordered, value of items ordered, and chosen method of delivery.

How do I use your data?

I will use the data you provide via Big Cartel for the express purpose of:

Contacting you about your order: for example, to thank you for your order, update you about shipping or offer support should it be required.

Contacting you in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order.

Fulfilling your order: I need to pass your name and address data to a trusted third party delivery company, in this case Royal Mail, to allow them to process and deliver your parcel.

Compliance with laws: I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

I do not store your information anywhere outside of where it is displayed to me through the Big Cartel website, nor will I ever sell it, share it with a third party other than for the purpose of fulfilling your order, or use it to contact you for any reason other than relating directly to your order.

Under GDPR you are entitled to contact me to obtain a copy of any data concerning you (data that I will have received when you placed an order via my shop) or to have any inaccuracies in the data rectified. That said, I do not personally hold any data outside of Big Cartel.
